Fees are as follows:

Master's Level Therapist   $130 for initial session, $115 for all other sessions

PhD. Level Therapist   $150 for initial session, $135 for all other sessions

No Call/No Show   $40 (insurance will not pay this)

Writing Letters or Copying Files   $80 per hour (1 hr. min.) + 25 cents per copy

Court Appearances:  Hourly rate including travel (may be negotiated)

We will accept your insurance and bill you for the balance.  Copays must be paid before service is rendered.  If you are a cash account then the full amount must be
paid before service is rendered.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
