Jessica approaches each individual with deep respect for their lived experience, recognizing that every story is unique and deserving of thoughtful care. Jessica understands how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can be and is committed to helping clients process difficult emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self.
Her work is collaborative and intentionally paced, allowing clients to move forward in a way that feels both safe and empowering.
