Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, focused therapy with a strong evidence-based for effectiveness for depression, anxiety, insomnia, eating disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and several other areas of focus.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a model blending CBT, acceptance-based therapy, and mindfulness, and has been shown to be an effective treatment for personality disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

CPT for PTSD

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an 8-12 session, evidence-based, gold standard treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing started as a treatment for PTSD but has grown into an effective intervention for anxiety and emotional regulation.

AT-R

A Registered Art Therapist (AT-R) is a specific specialization for a Licensed Counselor that uses art to process emotional events, reinforce emotional growth, and express that which sometimes can't be expressed with words alone.

PE for PTSD

Prolonged Exposure (PE) is another short duration, evidence based, gold standard treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). One of the oldest in our field!

TF-CBT

Trauma-Focused CBT is a short term, evidence-based intervention for children and adolescents (aged 3-18) who have experienced trauma.
